The Role of Foot Care Specialist
Your assignment includes overall responsibility for patient foot care, where you are a collaborative partner in the team work together with diabetic nurses, wound care units, and doctors. You will have contact with TeamOlmed and the diabetes clinic, among others. Your days will be filled with varied content where you, among other things, are responsible for calling patients based on your own patient list as well as performing foot treatments, which also includes preventive work. You will write medical records and set current diagnoses. The assignment also includes some telephone advice. We also see an increased focus on prophylactic work in the role.

Your Profile
We are looking for you who are trained as a medical foot care therapist via YH (vocational university, 60 weeks). The position is permanent at 75% with appointment according to agreement. The degree of employment can be discussed based on your previous experience in healthcare. If you have previous experience from primary care, we see it as an advantage.
We believe that you are secure and stable in your professional role, where you independently structure, plan, and take responsibility in your work. You care about always having a good reception and value a well-functioning collaboration with colleagues, management, and other relevant parties. You are flexible by having an easy time adapting to changed circumstances. You have a great commitment to your work where you see development as a natural part.
